In fact, one of the first things I noticed with this is where the focus is; the dragon. The focal point, from how I see it, is centered around the dragon and its incredible wingspan in comparison to its body already; but then you glance down and see the person. Then you get a feeling of how massive the creature actually is. I've noticed in your other works you've done similar things as well with perspective like this, and I just need to say that it's wonderful! It's one of my favorite perspective themes.
The colors are also amazing. It has the right amount of color contrast and shading where needed and you can really get a feel for the scenery that way. I love how the pallet is harmonious with, but no color is overly focused on so that nothing is over or under powered. The balance is perfect. The background is a bit bright, but that's not a bad thing, as it brings the focus up front where it needs to be; but you also didn't miss detailing the background as well, which is great!
You have a great attention to detail, and it seems like its well thought out. You can see every feather on the dragon individually. Even on the person the detail on the outfit and staff is incredible.
Another thing that I really like is the art style itself. I know you had said it took six hours, and I have to say that's incredible! I just feel like with that amount of time, you executed the painting incredibly well, especially with the technique you used. I actually had a difficult time trying to determine whether or not it actually was on a canvas. It's a unique style, and I'm glad you chose it, especially for this piece because it works so well.
No hate pleze!
(this is just my opinion, if you have other sugestions against this, i wouldn't mind )
May I ask what program you used on this?
I had no other words *_*
The detail from the background is just great.
Also the Dragon is awesome, the details on the Feathers from the wings were i think a hard time to draw ^^ , or not?
in all : epic picture
Question : why "XD" for the title (i'm just curious ^^) Does it have a meaning or something ?
I love the strokes of your drawing. It leads the viewers eyes up towards the dragon whether you intended it or not
The characters staff brings me back to dragon age so I like how it looks as well.
I think the best part of this whole drawing was the fact that the background is so breathtaking.
you always put so much detail in to your work, it's wonderful!!
